David Duppler, MD

About Dr. Duppler

Dr. Duppler joined Fox Valley Surgical Associates in 1992 after successfully running his own surgical practice in Maine for nearly six years. A Wisconsin native who enjoys many outdoor activities, Dr. Duppler welcomed his relocation to the Fox Valley. Since joining FVSA, he has earned a great medical reputation among doctors and patients alike.

Dr. Duppler performed his general residency training at the University of North Carolina and Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. He then completed fellowship training in surgical endoscopy at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Duppler is a member of several medical organizations, including American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Surgeons, and Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Duppler has been invited to give a number of lectures at prestigious medical centers and universities across the nation. He has also authored chapters in surgical textbooks, including Operative Laparoscopy and Thoracoscopy, Endosurgery, Principles of Laparoscopic Surgery, and Surgical Clinics of North America.

Dr. Duppler is proud to have served in the United States Army Medical Corps.
